H20 FiberLight Canoe Construction:

H20’s Fiberlight is a Premium Fibreglass Canoe, and is one of ONLY 2- North American companies who currently manufacture a fibreglass canoe using the superior dry infusion pressure process. (Swift is the other). Made with multiple layers of rigid fibreglass combined with layers of Kevlar in wear areas surrounding core re-enforcements of rigid foam and proprietary bands. Fiberlight Canoe layers are vacuum infusion processed with aircraft grade Vinylester resin behind a brilliant marine grade Gel Coat. Fiberlight interiors are coated with a marine grade scuff and fade resistant Gel Coat.

FiberLight Outfitting:

Black Anodized Aluminum Gunwales, varnished white ash seats hung from gunwales on colour-matched aluminum plates. A deep-dish ash portage yoke, thwart and hand holds hung from galvanized brackets, no screws through gunwale top for ease of racking. Bow & stern floatation tanks also include 4” hatches for convenient storage / repair access. Full colour selection, solid colour hulls.

H20 Canoes Standard Kevlar:

H20’s Standard Kevlar canoe construction is built with multiple layers of structural Kevlar combined with a substantial outer layer of impact resistant Fiberglass. A full core of closed cell foam in the hull for rigidity, proprietary core re-enforcement in the bilge between the structural cloths, as well as extra layers of Kevlar in wear areas complete the construction. Standard Kevlar Canoe layers are vacuum infusion processed with aircraft grade Vinylester resin behind a brilliant marine grade Gel Coat. Kevlar interiors are coated with a marine grade scuff and fade resistant Gel Coat.

H20 Canoes SuperLight Kevlar:

H20’s Superlight Kevlar canoe construction upgrades some materials to create a super lightweight Kevlar tripping Canoe. Superlight Kevlar is built with multiple layers of structural Kevlar combined with a lightweight outer layer of Fiberglass to ease abrasion and repair.  A full core of closed cell foam in the hull for rigidity, proprietary core re-enforcement in the bilge between the structural cloths, as well as extra layers of Kevlar in wear areas complete the construction. Superlight Kevlar Canoe layers are vacuum infusion processed with aircraft grade Vinylester resin behind a brilliant marine grade Gel Coat. An elegant two-tone paint scheme (a $150 up charge with most Co’s) is included FREE of charge in ‘Superlight Kevlar’s’. Two-tone colour hulls provide superior aesthetics, while limiting the appearance of scratches as gelcoat scratches white. Superlight Kevlar interiors are coated with a marine grade scuff and fade resistant Gel Coat.

SuperLight Kevlar Outfitting:

Lightweight black anodized aluminum Gunwales curved varnished white ash web seats mounted on colour-matched aluminum plate’s side mounted for added rigidity. Deep-dish ash portage yoke and FREE upgraded kneeling thwart hung from galvanized brackets, no screws through gunwale top for ease of racking. Bow & stern floatation tanks also include 4” hatches for convenient storage & easy repair access.


H20 canoes Ultralight Helium:

H20’s Ultralight Helium canoe construction uses the most advanced composite materials available to create an ultralight /ultra tough Kevlar tripping Canoe. Ultralight Helium canoes are made with multiple layers of structural Kevlar.  A full core of premium closed cell foam in the hull for rigidity, proprietary core re-enforcement in the bilge between the structural cloths, as well as extra layers of Kevlar in wear areas complete the construction. Ultralight Helium layers are vacuum infusion processed with 100% aircraft grade Epoxy resin behind a lightweight outer layer of Fiberglass and brilliant colour cloth layer for UV resistance. Ultralight Helium hulls are post cured 8- hours at elevated temperatures to achieve maximum physical properties of the epoxy resin. Ultralight Helium exteriors / interiors are coated with a marine grade scuff and fade resistant clear resin.

Helium Outfitting:
